Dukkah-Spiced Cod with Warm Carrot and Arugula Salad

This meal was very enjoyable. We cooked the carrots in olive oil with salt and pepper, floured one side of each cod filet and cooked in olive oil, then combined the carrots with butter, sliced almonds, garlic, lemon juice, shallots, and Arugula for a warm salad. The final dish was spiced with a Dukkah spice blend. Another great meal from Blue Apron!
